Shipping Policy

AGOH aims to deliver within the time agreed upon at purchase. However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. Agoh ships exclusively using Corporate Account with GDEX for local delivery.

Our priority stated that all completed orders will be shipped out less than 24 hours after an order has been placed. We do not do shipping on weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped out on the following Monday. For certain times due to high order volume or temporary stocks shortage, the order might take slightly longer than the 24 hour processing time. The shortage of stocks sometimes do occur as we also do serve walk-in purchase at our store. We will surely notified you via e-mails / or phone call immediately if orders are delayed for those stated reason.

Once an order has been successfully shipped via GDEX, we will notify the tracking number of the parcels via email.

To track your order, please use the tracking ID sent to you in the confirmation email your items have been shipped out. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered product.

Please note that only the person who placed the order may pick it up. In the unlikely event that we deliver the wrong phone to you or that it is damaged; please notify us within 24 hours.
